Participation

  • Logic School asks that participants work on a final project, under the mentorship of Logic School’s network. This project can take many forms (i.e., workplace organizing campaign, zine, community art-activism project, a data visualization project, etc.). Please see last year’s projects for some inspiration. You do not need to come in with a project in mind, we’re simply curious.

Logic School is based on active learning. This means we use a flipped classroom model where you’ll read, listen and synthesize material before our weekly live session. The live session is a community space of discussion, listening, collaboration and critique with peers.

We want attendees to be invested and engaged. We expect a weekly workload of around 5+ hours a week, which includes synthesizing assigned reading/listening material, weekly meeting and the final project. We want to understand if there are barriers to your full participation and commitment.
